摘要
目的:通过持续优化门急诊静脉输液流程,为病人提供优质护理服务,提高病人满意度。方法:改进输液区设施和布局,使用生物安全柜配药和计算机辅助优化输液流程等措施。结果:方便了病人,缩短了输液等候时间;优化了人力资源,提高了工作效率;保证了病人用药安全和护士职业安全;体现了人性化服务理念,提高了病人的满意度。结论:科学合理的优化输液流程,为病人提供了优质护理服务,提高了病人的满意度。
Objective:Continued optimization through intravenous drip process,the emergency treatment to patients on providing quality service and satisfaction for the patient.Methods:The nursing countermeasures included improving facilities and layout of emergency transfusion room,establishing venous transfusion medicine disposition centre,optimizing the processo fe mergencyi ntravenousi nfusion by computer assistancem anagement,et al.Results:Patients felt convenient and the time stand waiting for transfusion reduced.Optimized the manpower and increased working efficiency.These strategiese ensured the safety of the patient′s medication administration while preserving the occupational health and safety in nursing staff.It fully embodied the concept of humanistic services and increased the patient′s satisfaction rate.Conclusion:Scientific and rational management could be helpful to raise the overall standard of nursing for emergency intravenons infusion.
