摘要
目的:探讨1例多米诺肝移植患者术后护理方法。方法:术后护理关键是严密监测生命体征,监测凝血情况、切口引流状况,维持出入量平衡,正确服用免疫抑制剂,预防感染,合理膳食,预防并发症,做好心理护理。结果:此类患者顺利度过围手术期,治愈出院。结论:针对本手术的特点,对该患者实施整体护理是保证多米诺肝移植术后顺利恢复的重要环节。
Objective：To probe the methods of postoperative nursing for the patients of damino liver transplantation.Methods：The key of postoperative care include measure vital signs rigourly,monitor the condition of cruor and the state of notched drainage,keep the balance of intake and output,take the immunosuppressive drugs correctly,proper diet,prevent complication,come off psychological nursing.Results：The patients passed the perioperative period successfully,all cured.Conclusion：Aim at the characteristic of this operation,implement holistic nursing,it is an important link to assure the patients of damino liver transplantation recover smoothly after the operation.
