2009年阿坝州碘缺乏病调查

Surveillance of Iodine Deficiency Disorder in Aba Prefecture,2009

目的调查阿坝州碘缺乏病现状,掌握全州实现消除碘缺乏病目标工作进程,考核、评估各县达到消除碘缺乏病目标(达标)情况。方法 2009-06/12采用整群随机抽样方法在全州13县开展8～10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率调查、尿碘检测、居民食用盐测定、学生及家庭主妇碘缺乏病健康教育问卷调查等工作。结果 8～10岁儿童平均甲状腺肿大率为3.62%、学生尿碘中位数165.7μg/L、居民合格碘盐食用率为96.15%、盐碘中位数为35.6 mg/kg、学生及家庭主妇碘缺乏病健康教育问卷调查及格率分别为84.32%、89.08%。结论阿坝州人群碘缺乏率较低,各项指标已达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of iodine deficiency disorder（IDD）,understand the progress in eradication of IDD and evaluate the performance of IDD eradication in each county in Aba prefecture.Methods From June to December in 2009,a cluster random sampling survey was conducted in 13 counties on goiter rate and urine iodine concentration among the children aged 8-10 years,household idoized salt use and the awareness of IDD among students and housewives.Results The average goiter rate of children was 3.62%,the median of urinary iodine concentration of students was 165.7μg/L,the qualified iodized salt use rate was 96.15%,the maiden of iodine content in salt was 35.6 mg/kg.The awareness rates of IDD among students and housevives were 84.32% and 89.08%,respectively.Conclusion The prevalence of IDD in Aba is low,all the indicators had met the requirement of national standard of IDD eradication.
