三维能量多普勒检测116例卵巢肿瘤的图像分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经三维能量多普勒超声(3D-CPA)对卵巢肿瘤良、恶性鉴别的意义。方法 3D-CPA检测116例卵巢实性或囊实性肿块的血管指数(VI)及血管分型,与术后病理检查结果进行对照。结果恶性肿瘤的VI值[(0.043±0.019)条/cm3]明显高于良性肿瘤[(0.011±0.008)条/cm3],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以VI≥0.04条/cm3诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的敏感度为90.3%,特异度为82.2%。恶性肿瘤Ⅲ~Ⅳ型血管占89.3%,良性肿瘤Ⅰ~Ⅱ型血管占78.3%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3D-CPA测VI值与血管分型是鉴别卵巢肿瘤良、恶性的有效方法。 Objective To explore value of 3D-CPA for identifing benign or malignant of ovarian tumour.Methods The vessels index(VI) and the type of vessels was detected by 3D-CPA in 116 patients who had ovarian tumour,and they were contrasted with pathological.Results VI value in malignant tumour groups was significantly highter than in benign tumour [(0.043±0.019)item/cm3,(0.011±0.008)item/cm3,P0.05],When the VI≥0.04 item/cm3 served as diagnostic criteria of ovarian malignant tumour,sensitivity and specificity were 90.3%,82.2% respectively;Ⅲ~Ⅳ type of vessels of malignant tumouaccounted 89.3%,and Ⅰ~Ⅱ type of vessels of benign tumour accounted 78.3%.there was significant difference betweet the groups(P0.05).Conclusion The VI value and the type of vessels detected by 3D-CPA is an effective way to identify benign or malignant of ovarian tumour.
