摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定溴吡斯的明复合物中参与复合的药物的量,由此计算复合率。结果表明,溴吡斯的明在269nm处有最大吸收,浓度在10.38~41.52μg·mL^(-1)范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.0177C+0.0003,r=0.9999(n=3);平均加标回收率为99.91%,RSD为1.29%(n=3)。本法操作简便、迅速,具有良好的精密度和准确度。
The complexed pyridostigmine bromide in the complex was determined by UV-Visible spectrophotometry,then the complexation rate was calculated.The results showed that the pyridostigmine bromide had a maximum absorption at 269nm.The pyridostigmine bromide had a good linear relationship in the range of 10.38-41.52μg · mL^(-1).The regression equation was as follow: A = 0.0177C+0.0003,r=0.9999(n=3).The average recovery was 99.91%,RSD=1.29%(n = 3). The method is simple,rapid with good accuracy and precision.
