摘要
荧光光谱法研究了注射用盐酸头孢替安(Cefotiam Hydrochloride for Injection,CH)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。盐酸头孢替安对BSA具有荧光猝灭作用,其猝灭方式为静态猝灭,在291K时,求出了猝灭常数K_(KV)=2.49×10~4L/mol、结合常数K_A=3.8×10~3L/mol及结合位点数n=0.81。在同步荧光光谱中BSA色氨酸和酪氨酸发射峰红移,色氨酸和酪氨酸的微环境发生变化。
The interaction between cefotiam hydrochloride for injection and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectrum.The fluorescence of BSA was quenched by cefotiam hydrochloride for injection,and the quenching mechanism was a static quenching procedure. The quenching constant,binding constant and binding sites were calculated under 291K as follows: K_(sv)= 2.49×10~4L/mol,K_A = 3.8×10~3L/mol and n = 0.81.The maximum emission peaks of tryptophan and tyrosine in BSA had a red shift in synchronous fluorenscence sprectra,and micro-environments of tryptophan and tyrosine were changed.
