摘要
采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱仪测定了新乡薄荷叶及其茶水中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Pb、Cd、Ni和Cr-8种元素的含量。结果表明:薄荷叶及其茶水中Fe、Mn和Zn含量非常丰富,其他元素含量较少;该方法的加标回收率在97.0%—104.1%之间,相对标准偏差小于3%。具有较好的准确度和精密度。
Eight heavy metals such as Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Pb,Cd,Ni and Cr in peppermint leaves collected from Xinxiang and their infusions were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry after microwave digestion.The results showed that the contents of Fe,Mn and Zn were rich,but the amounts of other metals were low in peppermint leaves and their infusions.The recoveries obtained by standard addition method were between 97.0%and 104.l%,and the relative standard deviations were found below 3%with good accuracy and precision.
