摘要
建立测定注射用头孢噻呋钠含量的紫外分光光度法。结果表明,头孢噻呋钠的最大吸收波长为292nm,头孢噻呋钠在2.5—22.5μg/mL浓度范围内,其吸光度与浓度呈现良好的线性关系:A=0.0547x+0.0102,R^2=0.9999(n=9)。该方法操作简单快速,结果准确,可用于注射用头孢噻呋钠的含量测定。
The method for the determination of the content of ceftiofur sodium for injection was established by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The maximum absorption wavelength of ceftiofur sodium was 292nm,and there was a good linear relationship between absorption and concentration of ceftiofur sodium in the range of 2.5—22.5μg/mL.The regression equation was A = 0.0547x+0.0102 with R^2 of 0.9999(n = 9).The method is simple,quick and reliable,and that can be applied to the determination of the content of ceftiofur sodium for injection.
