摘要
引言曝气设备是活性污泥法污水处理工艺系统中的重要组成部分,国外对曝气机的生产已经成系统、成规模地进行。
An experiment with five double-impeller underwater aeration machines with different powers was made for reducing the consumption of energy and avoiding excessive aeration,and the aeration speed of every aeration machine and the dissolved oxygen concentrations of three of them were tested at different rotating speeds.Linear regression analysis of experimental data gave the relationship of aeration speed,rotate speed,and oxygen utilization coefficient,and further the relationship of rotate speed and oxygenate rate.Although there was deviation between the mathematical relationship of oxygen utilization coefficient and rotate speed and the variation tendency from the experiment,but when the calculation value was 800≤n≤1450,the greatest relative deviation between calculation value and the experiment value δmax0.082.It can be concluded that the expression between rotate speed and oxygenate rate could exactly represent the relationship between rotate speed and oxygenate rate,and it can be the theoretical basis and foundation of the control for aeration machine.
