经济系统中解释变量与被解释变量往往并不是对称的,很多时候并不能颠倒位置相互解释。奥肯定律只是估计了降低失业率所能带来的实际国民生产总值的收益,但是反过来,GDP增长率能否解释失业率?高增长与高失业依然并存吗?奥肯定律仅是美国的经验总结吗?如果伴随技术进步的经济增长挤出的就业比创造的就业还要多,那么殚精竭虑地经济增长的意义又何在?

It is asymmetry between explained variables and explanatory variables in the system of economy. Okun＇s law merely estimated the actual GDP income with reducing unemployment, but in turn, can GDP explain the unemployment rate？ Okun＇s law could not be hold if that is wrong？ High economic growth still coexists with high unemployment in China？ Is Okun＇s law only an American experience？ In that way, is it significant to stress out to make economy grow if unemployment is more than employment, created by economy growth？
