摘要
比较了壁厚各异的WB36超临界泵用接管经不同热处理后的显微组织和力学性能,提出了大壁厚(50~120 mm)WB36钢需要进行调质处理而非一般正火处理。证实了调质后经模拟去应力处理的WB36钢管力学性能仍满足标准的要求。
Mechanical properties and microstructure of WB36 steel connected pipe used in supercritical pump with various thicknesses after different heat treatments were compared.It indicates that quenching and tempering treatment rather than normalizing should be taken to the WB36 steel with large thicknesses.It is confirmed the mechanical properties of WB36 steel pipe tube through simulating stress relief treatment after quenching and tempering can also meet the requirements of standard specifications.
