参附注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shenfu Injection for Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的:观察参附注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:将CHF患者96例随机分为治疗组49例与对照组47例,均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用参附注射液静脉滴注。治疗前后记录中医证候积分、心功能分级、测定左室射血分数(LVEF)、6min步行距离及血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平。结果:2组治疗后患者中医证候积分、心功能分级改善,治疗组改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后患者血浆BNP下降、LVEF升高、6min步行距离增加,治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液能改善CHF患者的心功能,是良好的临床治疗CHF的药物。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shenfu Injection for chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）. Methods： Ninety-six cases of CHF patients were randomly divided into two groups, 49 in the treatment group and 47 cases in the control group. The two groups were given conventional treatment, and the treatment group was given intravenous drip of Shenfu Injection additionally. The traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）syndrome score, functional classification of heart failure, primary outcome of left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）, 6-minute walking distance and plasma brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） level were measured before and after treatment. Results. After treatment, TCM syndrome score and functional classification were improved, 6-minute walking distance and LVEF were increased, plasma BNP level was decreased in both groups. The improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion- Shenfu injection can improve heart function in patients with CHF, which is effective for treatment of CHF.
