孕酮用于脑外伤及脑卒中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 孕酮除了对健康妊娠的维持起关键作用外,还有其他重要功能。越来越多的研究证明,孕酮可保护中枢和外周神经系统受伤的细胞。20多年的临床前研究证明,孕酮对中枢神经系统损伤的动物模型是安全有效的。2010年开始,孕酮用于脑外伤的III期临床试验正在世界范围内多个国家进行,孕酮治疗儿童脑外伤也开始启动。临床前的资料还提示孕酮对脑卒中也有疗效。本文主要关注孕酮用于脑外伤和脑卒中的研究最新进展。
