摘要
通过实验对加工硬化和退火态两种状态下的5083铝合金板材,在室温条件下的V形弯曲性能进行了研究.试验结果表明:与加工硬化状态相比,退火态的5083强度降低,塑性有了显著的提高;相对弯曲半径愈小,5083铝合金弯曲性能愈好;随着Mg、Mn含量的增加,5083铝合金产生裂纹的倾向降低;保压时间愈长,5083铝合金弯曲回弹角度愈小.
The V-shaped bending samples of work-hardening and annealing 5083 Aluminum alloy sheets were investigated on the structure and property. The results indicate that the annealing 5083 Aluminum alloy has a significant reduction in strength and the greater decrease in plastic deformation than the work-hardening alloy. The smaller of the relative bending-radius, the better of the bending property of the alloy. With the increase in Mg and Mn contents, the tendency to crack is decreased, the back spring angle is also reduced with longer holding time of bend loading.
