摘要 1病例简介 患者女,57岁,因腰部不适行B超检查,发现左侧肾脏肿瘤,无肉眼血尿,身体状况良好。MRI示左肾中下极实质内4.0cm×4.2cm×4.2cm类圆形等T1稍长及稍短T2信号块影,边界清晰,
