G.M.Dobrov: the founders of Kiev School in Soviet science of science field

多布罗夫是苏联科学学的奠基人之一,他创建了科学学基辅流派。他发展了科学技术潜力及其评估方法的理论,提出科研人员优化的理念和科技预测的思想,在他的努力下,乌克兰科学院组建了"科技潜力与科学史研究中心"。

Dobrov is one of the founders of Soviet science of science, who founded Kiev school in science of science field. He developed the assessment methods theory about the scientific and technical potential, and introduced idea of scientific research to optimize and the thought of science and technology forecasting. In his efforts, the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences organized Center for Science ＆ Technology Potential and Science History Studies.
