建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定鸡肉中达氟沙星残留量的测量不确定度评定的数学模型,对测量过程中的不确定度来源进行逐项分析和合成,得出了高效液相色谱法测定鸡肉中达氟沙星残留量的不确定度结果。

The mathematical model of evaluation of the uncertainty in the determination of danofloxacin residue in chicken by High Performance Liquid Chromatography （HPLC） has been established. Thereafter, by termwise analyzing and synthesizing the uncertainty sources in the measuring process, the measurement uncertainty in determination of danofloxacin residue in chicken by HPLC has been derived.
