中兽药散剂中非法添加喹乙醇、乙酰甲喹的检测方法应用

Studies on Detection Methods of Olaquindox and Mequindox Illegally Adulterated into Traditional Chinese Medicine Powder for Animals

为了进行中兽药散剂检测方法学研究,试验使用HPLC法和薄层色谱法对中兽药散剂中非法添加喹乙醇、乙酰甲喹进行检查。48批中兽药散剂中,13批药品中检出乙酰甲喹,含量在0.34～42.64 mg/g范围内;1批药品中检出喹乙醇,含量为15.30 mg/g。两种方法检查结果完全吻合。

In order to study of detecting techniques on traditional Chinese medicine powder foranimals, olaquindox and mequindox added illegally were checked using HPLC and TLC. In 48 samples of traditional Chinese medicine powder, 13 samples were determinated mequindox, and the content were between 0.34 mg/g and 42.64 mg/g; 1 group was determinated olaquindox and the content was 15.30 mg/g. Two ways completely dovetailed test results.
