摘要
油桐5×5完全双列杂交配合力分析表明:12个性状中树高、分枝轮数、三年平均产量等性状的SCA方差和反交效应方差差异显著,这些性状的遗传方差主要由非加性基因效应引起。各性状的遗传力大小不同,平均产量的h_(B^2)最高。25个杂交组合中以0×8组合后代的产量最高,15×3组合后代比较全面,各性状的SCA值较高。所以选择特定杂交组合,在后代产量上可以有34%的△G。0号亲本产量上GCA值最高,利用其加性基因效应,也可以有22.79%的△G。油桐自交后代在产量上有衰退现象,在杂交育种时应尽量加以避免。
Analysis on combining ability of 5 ×5 complete double crossing of Tungoiltree(Verhicia fordii) showed there exist evident difference in SCA and reciprocal effect variant of12 characters such as plant height, whorles,average output during 3 years etc. Genetic variantof these characters was caused mainly by inaddible gene effect. Hereditary capacity of everycharacter differs from each other, the highest one is h_(B^2) of average output. Progeny of 0× 8among 25 group had the highest output, that of 15×3 develop in all-round way, SCA valueof every character was high. So selecting specific crossing group had 34% △G of output ofprogeny. No. O parent had the highest GCA in output, 22.79% △G with addible gene effect.Selfed progeny of Tungoiltree trend to decrease its output.
