摘要文章分别从结构嵌入、关系嵌入以及认知嵌入3个维度,探讨了虚拟团队知识网络的嵌入影响机制,然后分别就虚拟团队知识网络的结构治理、关系治理以及认知治理提出若干治理对策。 This paper discusses the influencing mechanism of knowledge network embedded in virtual teams from the three dimensions of structure embeddedness, relationship embeddedness and cognition embeddedness, the paper proposes some countermeasures for structure governance, relationship governance and cognition governance in the knowledge network of virtual teams.
