摘要
在构建图书馆服务质量评价指标体系过程中,应尽可能使用读者自己的评价指标和标准,如果让读者在研究者圈定的集合中选择指标,这样的评价体系不一定反映读者的真实评价。焦点访谈法是解决此问题的有力工具,文章研究如何利用该方法获取图书馆服务质量评价指标,构建真正反映读者心声的评价指标体系。
In the process of constructing the library service quality evaluation index system, we should try our best to use the readers' own evaluation indices and criteria. If the readers are asked to select the indices from the index set selected and approved by the researchers, such evaluation system will not always reflect the readers'true evaluation. Focused Interview is a powerful tool to solve this problem. In this paper, how to use this method to obtain the library service quality evaluation indices so as to construct an evaluation index system which really reflects the readers' thinking is studied.
