芪蛭汤对肾病综合征高凝状态的改善作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察芪蛭汤对肾病综合征高凝状态影响和临床疗效。方法将75例肾病综合征患者随机分为两组,均给予常规治疗和泼尼松加环磷酰胺治疗,不用抗凝药。治疗组予芪蛭汤口服;对照组予阿魏酸哌嗪片口服,均治疗1个月。比较两组治疗前后的全血黏度(高切、低切)、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳时间、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间、血小板计数。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。两组治疗后全血黏度(高切、低切)、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳时间、纤维蛋白原、血小板计数均降低,凝血酶原时间升高,治疗组改善程度优于对照组。结论芪蛭汤能改善肾病综合征患者高凝状态,改善微循环,保护肾功能,降低蛋白尿。 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Qizhi Decoction in hypercoagulable state of patients with nephritic syndrome.Methods:75 nephritic syndrome patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Besides that normal symptomatic treatment,prednisone and cyclophosphamide(CTX) were used,the treatment group was treated with Qizhi Decoction and the control group was used with piperazine ferulate tablets.After 1 month,some indices were observed before and after treatment including the whole blood viscosity(at high shear and at low shear),the plasma viscosity,the erythrocyte aggregation index,the erythrocyte deformation index,the erythrocyte lectrophoresis time,the fibrinogen,the prothrombin time and the platelet count.Results:The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.These improvements in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group as below: the whole blood viscosity(at high shear and at low shear),the plasma viscosity,the erythrocyte aggregation index,the erythrocyte lectrophoresis time,the fibrinogen,the platelet count decrease and the prothrombin time increase.Conclusion:Qizhi Decoction can improve the hypercoagulability and the microcirculation.Also,it has the ability of protection with kidney function and decrease the albuminuria.
