针刺镇痛作为针灸临床应用的精华一直备受关注,新世纪以来国内外学者对针刺镇痛机理的研究涉及到多个学科,研究层次也从临床实验观察深入到分子研究水平。重新评价针刺镇痛效果,从现代分子生物学、神经解剖学、神经生理学和生物全息、心理学、边缘频谱分析等多学科和中医传统理论角度探讨针刺镇痛机理的研究趋势,明确研究方向,从而进一步促进针刺镇痛的临床应用。

As one of the application essences of acupuncture and moxibustion clinical,acupuncture analgesia was always given to attention for a long time.Since the new century,the scholars′s studies of acupuncture analgesia mechanism covered many subjects.The research levels of acupuncture analgesia mechanism were from the clinical and the experimental observations to the molecular mechanism.The effect of acupuncture analgesia and approach the research trend of acupuncture analgesia mechanism was reappraised from the standpoints of modern molecular biology,neuroanatomy,bioholography,psychology,spectrum edge frequency analysis and traditional theories of TCM.It identified the direction of research and then advanced the clinical application of acupuncture analgesia.
