体外钢板固定治疗锁骨中段骨折(附31例报告)

External plates fixation for the treatment of clavicular middle-third fractures

[目的]探讨自行研制的体外钢板治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效。[方法]2007年6月～2011年1月,对31例锁骨中段骨折患者采用锁骨体外钢板固定治疗。受伤至手术时间为2～6 d,平均3.5 d。根据Edward对锁骨骨折愈合的评价指标制定疗效判断标准。[结果]本组病例经9～25个月,平均16个月的随访,骨折均获骨性愈合。按上述标准评定:优24例,良5例,中2例。[结论]体外钢板固定治疗锁骨中段骨折具有固定可靠,创伤小,无需二期手术取出内固定等优点,有望成为治疗锁骨骨折一种较为理想的术式。

[ Objective]To summarize the results of clavicular middle-third fractures fixed by self-made external plates. [ Method ] Thirty-one patients with clavicular middle-third fractures were treated with external plates fixation from June ,2007 to January,2011. The duration from injury to operation varied from 2 - 6 days （ average ,3.5 days）. The results were evaluated by standards which was made according to the key points of healing of clavicular fracture of Edward. [ Result] All patients were fol- lowed up. The follow-up time was 16 （9 ~ 25 ） months. All fractures were healed. According to the Edward criteria,24 patients regained an excellent clinical resuh,5 good,2 fair,0 poor. [ Conclusion] External fixation for the clavicular middle-third frac- tures is believed to be a better method because of its advantages such as stable fixation,less-invasive and no need to remove the implants.
