喜炎平注射液治疗寻常型银屑病67临床观察

Clinical observation of 67 patients who have psoriasis vulgaris treated with the Xiyanping injection

67例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗組34例用10%葡萄糖注射液250ml加喜炎平注射液10mc静脉滳注,对照组33例用参芎注射液100mc静脉滳注。治疗组总有效率为84.3%,对照组为56.1%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。提示喜炎平注射液是治疗寻常型银屑病(血热型)首选药物之一。

The 67 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. It is prompt that the Xiyanping injection is the choice drug.which treats psoriasis vulgaris （the blood - heat type）.
