盐酸法舒地尔对急性脑梗死患者血清Rho激酶的影响及与血液流变学相关性 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察盐酸法舒地尔对急性脑梗死患者血清Rho激酶的影响及Rho激酶变化与血液流变学的相关性。方法将116例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组:对照组56例予肠溶阿司匹林片、胞二磷胆碱以及基础用药治疗,治疗组60例在对照组的基础上加用盐酸法舒地尔注射液治疗,于治疗前及治疗后第3,7,14天检测静脉血中Rho激酶和动脉血中血液流变学指标的水平,分析二者相关性。结果治疗组Rho激酶和NIHSS评分在治疗后第14天均明显低于对照组。Rho激酶和血液流变学的水平随治疗时间基本呈动态下降,Rho激酶浓度下降率与全血高切黏度及血浆黏度下降率呈正相关。结论盐酸法舒地尔可降低急性脑梗死患者血液中Rho激酶和血液流变学指标的水平。 Objective It is to observe the influence of fasudil hydrochloride on Rho kinase in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and the correlation between Rho kinase and bland rheology.Methods One-hundred and sixteen patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients(n=56) were treated with aspirin tablets,cytidine diphosphate choline and basic medicine in control group,and with fasudil hydrochloride on basis of the control group in treatment group(n=60).The level of Rho kinase and the change of blood rheology before and in 3,7,14 days after treatment were detected.Correlation between Rho kinase and blood rheology was analyzed.Results Rho kinase level and NIHSS scores of treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group after treatment 14-day;the level of Rho kinase,and blood rheology were decreased dynamic with treatment time,and concentration of Rho kinase were positively correlated with whole blood viscosity added ingredient high cutting plasma viscosity decrease rate.Conclusion Fasudil hydrochloride can reduce the levels of Rho kinase and blood rheology index of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
