摘要
目的探讨莲必治注射液对秋季小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将147例秋季小儿腹泻患者随机分为两组，对照组61例采用阿昔洛韦片口服治疗，5mg／kg／次，每天4次，连用5天；治疗组86例采用莲必治注射液静脉注射，10～15mg／kg／天，每天分2次静脉滴注，疗程3～5天；对两组的疗效进行比较。结果治疗组有效率94．2％（81／86），与对照组有效率62．3％（38／61）组间比较差异性极为显著（P〈0．01）。治疗组临床症状与体征恢复时间与对照组相比明显缩短，两组之间差异具有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论应用莲必治治疗秋季小儿腹泻可明显缩短病程，改善病征，具有显著的疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lianbizhi injecti on infantile rotaviral enteritis. Methods 147 cases of infants with infantile rotaviral enteritis were randomly divided into two groups. 61 cases in control group were given aciclovir tablets 20 mg/kg/d qid for 5 days orally, while 86 cases in treatment group were given 10 - 15 mg/kg/d Lianbizhi injection intravenous drip bid for 3 5 days. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group （94.2%, 81/86） was significantly higher than that of the control group （62.3%, 38/61） （P〈0.01）. The clinical symptoms recovery time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Lianbizhi injection on infantile rotaviral enteritis has a significant effect, which can decrease the course of the disease and improve the illness.
