糖尿病患者牙周病危险因素的多元回归分析

Logistic Regression Analysis on the Risk Factors of Periodontal Diseases in Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的分析2型糖尿病患者并发牙周病的相关因素。方法用Logistic回归分析135例2型糖尿病患者罹患牙周病的高危因素。结果 135例中,96%的糖尿病患者罹患不同程度的牙周病,其中牙龈炎占44.5%,牙周炎91.9%,共患牙龈炎和牙周炎占55.6%。将性别、年龄、病程、吸烟、空腹血糖值等11个危险因素作为自变量,罹患牙周病作为因变量,做Logistic回归分析,结果显示,病程、空腹血糖值、口腔卫生状况、口腔黏膜干燥以及并发心血管系统疾病进入回归方程,是罹患牙周病的高危因素,方程得总判断率为76%。结论病程、空腹血糖值、口腔卫生状况、口腔黏膜干燥以及是否并发心血管系统疾病是糖尿病患者并发牙周病的危险因素。

Objective To analyze the risk factors for periodontal diseases in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods The high risk factors for periodontal diseases in 135 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were logistic regressive analysed. Results 96% diabetes mellitus patients had periodontal disease at different degree in 135 cases, in which gingivitis accounted for 44.5%, periodontitis accounted for 91.9%, both gingivitis and periodontitis accounted for 55.6%. Logistic regression analysis was performed with 11 risk factors such as gender, age, disease course, smoking or not, and fasting plasma glucose level as the independent variables, periodontal diseases as the dependent variable. The regression equation showed that： disease course, fasting plasma glucose level, oral hygiene status, oral mucous drying status and combined cardiovascular system disease were the high risk factors for periodontal diseases, and the total judgment rate of the equation was 76%. Conclusion Disease course, fasting plasma glucose level, oral hygiene status, oral mucous drying status and combined cardiovascular system disease are the high risk factors for periodontal diseases in diabetes mellitus patients.
