当归饮子加味内服外用三黄油剂治疗慢性阴囊湿疹96例临床分析

Observation on 96 Cases of Chronic Eczema Scrotum Treated with Modified Chinese Angelica Decoction and Sanhuang Oil

目的探讨当归饮子加味内服外用三黄油剂治疗慢性阴囊湿疹的临床疗效。方法将186例慢性阴囊湿疹患者分为采用当归饮子加味内服外用三黄油剂治疗的中药组和采用西药治疗的西药组,比较两组的临床疗效。结果中药组治愈率明显高于西药组,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01),而无效率西药组明显高于对照组,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论当归饮子加味内服外用三黄油剂治疗慢性阴囊湿疹疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect on chronic eczema scrotum treated with modified Chinese angelica decoction and Sanhuang oil. Methods 186 cases of chronic eczema scrotum patients were divided into traditional Chinese group （TCM group）, which treated with modified Chinese angelica decoction in combination with Sanhuang oil, and western medicine group, which were treated with western medicines. The clinical effects of those two groups were compared. Results The curative rate was higher in TCM group than that in western medicine group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）; the inefficiency rate in TCM group was lower than that in western medicine group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Modified Chinese angelica decoction in combination with Sanhuang oil has obvious curative effect on chronic eczema scrotum, which is worthy of clinical application.
