规范化培训哮喘知识对基层医院呼吸科哮喘规范诊治提升作用的研究

Study on the Promotion Effect of Standardized Training Asthma Knowledge to Asthma Standard Treatment in Pneumology Department of Local Hospital

目的了解目前基层医院呼吸科哮喘诊治的现状,及接受规范化培训对哮喘规范诊治提升的作用。方法随机调取某二甲县级医院病案室的哮喘病历50份,按照《支气管哮喘防治指南》自制的评分系统进行评分,同时针对其存在的问题和与哮喘防治指南的差距设计具有针对性的培训项目,通过针对性培训之后再重新进行分值的考核,观察该院呼吸科在培训前后各种指标的提升情况。结果初次病历评分,50份病历平均得分(56.34±4.11)分,通过规范化培训后再次抽查病历评分,平均得分(72.14±5.48)分,在规范诊断、规范治疗、后期健康教育方面均有明显改善。结论目前基层医院在哮规范诊治方面存在不同程度的缺陷,规范化培训哮喘知识对基层医院呼吸科哮喘规范诊治有明显提升作用。

Objective To study the promotion effect of standardized training asthma knowledge to asthma standard treatment in pncumology department of local hospital. Methods 50 medical charts of inpatients with asthma were randomly collected from record room in one Grade 2A local hospital. The self-made scoring system based on the guideline of prevention and treatment for bronchial asthma was used for scoring. The special training programs were designed for existing problems and the difference with the guideline of prevention and treatment. The indices were observed before and after training. Results The first average score of 50 medical records was 56.34±4.11, and after the training, the score was 72.14±5.48. There were obviously improved in standard diagnosis, standardized treatment and later health education. Conclusion It has different degree of disability at the treatment of asthma in the county hospital at present. There is a distinct promotion to the asthma standardize services at the pneumology department in the local hospital with the training of asthma knowledge.
