摘要
股骨粗隆间骨折是老年人常见的骨折,约占全身骨折的1.4%,对于老年患者来说,由于其生理机能下降,且并存潜在的内科疾患,长期卧床会引起各种并发症的发生,导致较高的病死率。对老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗方法,文献报道较多,绝大多数患者都采用了手术治疗。本文通过结合我院实际及相关文献,对老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗进展作一综述。
Intertroehanteric fractures are commonly-seen fractures in elderly patients, accounting for 1.4% of total body fractures, whose prolonged bed rest can cause various complications and higher mortality due to their physiological function decline in combination of potential medical disorders. Treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fractures was reported more in literature, in which vast majority of patients were treated by surgery. This article made a review of elderly intertroehanteric fractures based on our hospital practice and related literatures.
