摘要
目的探讨骶髂关节结核的临床特点与治疗方法。方法我院2003年1月至2011年1月收治51例骶髂关节结核,分析其病史、体征、影像特点,手术治疗35例,保守治疗16例。结果根据K im分型法,Ⅰ型5例,Ⅱ型11例,Ⅲ型15例,Ⅳ型20例。手术治疗35例,28例患者获得随访,手术优良率为80%,随访时均为临床治愈。结论骶髂关节结核下腰及臀部疼痛不适最多见,根据K im分型来指导临床治疗可取得良好效果。
Objective： To study the clinical characteristics and the treatment of sacro-iliac joints tuberculosis. Methods To analyze 51 cases with tuberculosis of the sacroiliac joints from history,signs ,characteristic of radiology, treatment ,healing that treated in our hospital from January, 2003 to January, 2011 ,taken operation 35cases ,non-operationl6 cases. Results According to Kim‘s classifications,type Ⅱ 5 case,type Ⅱ 11 cases,type Ⅲ 15 eases,typeⅣ 20 cases, 35 cases treated by operation,and we followed up 28 cases, patients after operation follow up were clinical healed. Conclusion Clinical findings and signs of sacro-iliac joints tuberculosis were low back pain and buttock pain. Treatment of sacro-iliac joints tuberculosis according to Kim＇s classifications will have good result.
