关节镜下应用射频治疗臀肌挛缩症 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下射频治疗臀肌挛缩症的方法和疗效。方法2007年5月至2010年4月,我科采用关节镜下射频治疗臀肌挛缩症22例35髋,男12例,女10例;年龄6~22岁,平均16岁。结果所有患者均获得随访,术后随访8~24个月.平均10个月。依据俞松等疗效评定标准进行评价,优29髋,良6髋,优良率100%。结论关节镜下射频治疗臀肌挛缩症,是一种安全、美观、创伤小、恢复快、可早期功能锻炼、疗效确切的手术方法。
