摘要 风险是一种客观存在的、可测的、关于未来的不确定性事件。要正确认识工程风险的原因和结果、必然性和偶然性、普遍性和特殊性,以及工程风险有害和有利的两重性。防范工程风险,首先要构建安全文化,其次要从细节入手,更要重视工程质量,这几个方面都是防范工程风险,保证工程安全的重要条件。 Risks are usually considered as objective, measurable, uncertain events about future . For the sake of safe construction , We should properly understand the causes and effects, necessity and contingency, universality and particularity of engineering risk, as well its merits and demerit; . To prevent engineering risks, firstly, we should construct a kind of security culture, secondly,we should start with the details,im- protantly, pay more attention to project quality. These aspects mentioned above are inprotant elements , which can guard against the engineering risk and guarantee engineering security.
