论经济学的工程学传统及其伦理转向

On the Engineering Tradition of Economics and Its Turn to Ethics

本文首先概述了经济学的工程学传统主要表现在:19世纪70年代边际革命引发的经济学研究对象的转向、自然科学的发展使得数量分析逐渐被应用到经济学研究中;其原因就在于经济学研究的是物,尤其是物的生产和分配问题。其次分析了经济学的工程学传统的缺憾就在于它仅仅强调经济学研究物,仅仅强调经济学是科学,而没有全面把握经济学的本性。最后,指出经济学的伦理转向的可能路径是重唤古典经济学的伦理传统。

The paper firstly introduces the specific applications of engineering in economics, largely including the changes of subject matters in economics brought out by the marginal revolution in the 1970s, and the application of quantitative analysis in economic studies advanced by the progress of natural sciences. The reason behind the engineering tradition of economics lies in the fact that part of the subject matters of economics are specific objects, which means production and distribution.
