Use of disposable masks by nurses in ICU

目的调查ICU护士使用一次性口罩行为的现状,分析目前存在的主要问题,以制定针对性的措施。方法采用问卷调查法,对126名ICU护士使用一次性口罩行为进行调查。结果 126名ICU护理人员,使用口罩行为总体得分处在中等及以上水平,其中按时更换的得分最低为(6.67±1.23)分;手卫生(7.27±1.54)分,处于中等水平;密闭性、避免重复使用、避免交叉感染的知识得分较高,分别为(8.84±1.13)、(8.76±1.02)、(8.19±1.33)分。结论 ICU护士正确使用一次性口罩的依从行为不佳,医院管理部门应加强对护理人员的职业安全知识的培训,合理安排人力资源,提高护理人员正确使用一次性口罩的依从性。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the current situation of the use of disposable masks by the nurses in ICU,analyze the existing problems,so as to establish corresponding measures.METHODS The current situation of use of disposable masks by 126 nurses in ICU was investigated using questionnaires.RESULTS The overall scores of the behaviors of 126 ICU nurses about the use of disposable masks reached middle-level or above.Changing the masks on time got the lowest score（6.67±1.23）,hand hygiene（7.27±1.54） was at the middle level;the highest score was about the knowledge of avoiding reuse（8.76±1.02）,airtightness（8.84±1.13） and cross-infection（8.19±1.33）.CONCLUSION The compliance of the correct use of disposable masks by the nurses in ICU is not satisfying.The management department should strengthen the training on occupational safety and improve the compliance of the correct use of the disposable masks with special personnel to take charge.
