行政干预在提高手卫生执行中的应用

Application of administrative intervention in improving implementation of hand hygiene

目的比较不同行政干预力度,对医护人员手卫生依从性和洗手合格率的影响。方法采用盲目、随机方法对当班医务人员手卫生依从率进行调查,并采用两种不同的取样方法对照检测比较合格率,观察医务人员手卫生的依从性,合格率及其影响因素。结果医师、护士、医技人员手卫生的依从性分别为46.2%、51.9%、23.3%,手卫生合格率分别为82.1%、98.0%、60.8%,医技科室医务人员明显低于临床科室医师、护士;两种对照检测方法结果显示,χ2=50.82,差异有统计学意义。结论行政干预对提高医护人员手卫生依从性有非常重要的作用,人为因素对检测结果的合格率有重要的影响,必须提高检验结果的精确性。

OBJECTIVE To compare the effect of different administrative intervention strengths on the medical staff＇s compliance with hand hygiene and hand washing compliance rate.METHODS Hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff on duty was randomly investigated,and 2 different sampling methods were used to perform controlled detection and compare qualified rates.Hand hygiene compliance of medical personnels,qualified rate and influencing factors were analyzed.RESULTS Hand hygiene compliance rates of doctors,nurses and medical technicians were 46.2%,51.9% and 23.3% respectively.Qualified rates of hand hygiene were 82.1%,98.0% and 60.8% respectively.The results for staff in medical technical departments were significantly lower than doctors and nurses in clinical departments.Two detection methods showed significant difference（χ2=50.82）.CONCLUSION Administrative intervention plays a very important role in improving hand hygiene compliance of healthcare workers.Since human factors can easily affect on the qualified rate of the test,we must improve the accuracy of test results.
