临床护士职业防护调查分析

Investigation and analysis of clinical nurses occupational protection

目的了解临床护士职业防护的现状,以期提高临床护士职业防护的意识,以便采取正确的防护措施,减少职业危害。方法对医院临床护士采用自行设计问卷,调查全院90名临床护士在执行各项护理操作中职业防护情况。结果在调查8项操作中采取防护措施292人次,占总人次的40.56%;未采取防护措施428人次,占总人次的59.44%;其中,掰安瓿未采取防护措施达到95.56%,为最高;静脉采血和针头覆帽均达到91.11%,位居第2。结论加强临床护士职业防护知识的教育,提高自我防护意识,保证防护用具配备齐全,减少职业暴露,减少职业危害,势在必行。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the current status of occupational protection of clinical nurses,so as to improve their awareness of occupational protection,take proper protection measures,and reduce occupational hazards.METHODS The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the occupational protection of ninety clinical nurses when they performed nursing procedures.RESULTS Among the eight nursing procedures examined,protection measures were taken in 292 person-times,accounting for 40.56% of total person-times.Protection measures were not taken in 428 person-times,accounting for 59.44% of total person-times.The percentage of unprotected measure in snapping ampoule was the highest which reached 95.56%,followed by venous blood sampling and needle cap closing,both of which reached 91.11%.CONCLUSION It is urgent to strengthen the occupational protection education of clinical nurses,enhance the awareness of self protection,guarantee the readiness of protection tools,and reduce occupational exposure and hazards.
