分级管理在控制MRSA医院感染中的应用

Classification management application in controlling nosocomial infections caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylcoccus aureus

目的通过分级管理控制MRSA医院内传播。方法建立监控网络,完善对MRSA的控制,加强抗菌药物合理应用的管理,切断传播途径。结果提高了医务人员对MRSA感染危害性的认识,进一步规范、细化了耐药菌感染的管理,使控制耐药菌感染的各项消毒、隔离措施落实到位。结论分级管理可有效控制多药耐药菌的传播。

OBJECTIVE To control the spread of methicillin-resistant Staphylcoccus aureus（MRSA） through classification management.METHODS A network monitoring system was established.MRSA control was improved.The management of rational antibiotic use was enhanced and the transmission of MRSA was cut off.RESULTS Three rating organization management not only raised the medical staffs′ awareness of MRSA infection,but also implemented the regulations and rules to control hospital infections.The spread of MRSA was effectively controlled after taking these measures.CONCLUSION Classification management can effectively control the spread of MRSA.
