医院保洁员在医院感染管理中存在的问题及对策分析

Problems existing in nosocomial infection management of hospital cleaning staffs

目的加强医院保洁人员的医院感染管理与培训,预防医院感染。方法针对保洁人员存在的问题,实施管理对策,完善各项规章制度,强化培训;定期与不定期对保洁工作进行督查、质量考评和奖惩。结果保洁人员掌握了一定的医院感染知识,规范了操作行为,收到良好的效果。结论通过管理对策实施和多样化的医院感染知识培训,能有效控制和预防医院感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To prevent nosocomial infections by strengthening the infection management and training of the hospital cleaning staffs.METHODS Based on the problems existing in the maintenance staff,countermeasures were implemented,various regulations and systems were completed,the training was strengthened;regular and irregular supervision for the cleaning staffs′ work was performed for quality assessment.RESULTS The cleaning staff became more aware of nosocomial infections and the operation procedure were standardized with a good effect.CONCLUSION It can effectively control and prevent nosocomial infections through the implementation of management countermeasures and diversified knowledge training about nosocomial infections.
