摘要
在传统的逆向物流网络框架的基础上,建立由原材料供应商、零部件供应商、制造商、分销商、零售商和回收商构成的汽车闭环供应链超网络模型,并利用变分不等式描述了不同决策者的独立行为以及决策者之间相互影响的竞争行为,得到供应链每层竞争成员达到均衡以及系统达到均衡的条件,确定了系统中各层决策者之间的交易价格和交易量,促进了物流在供应链成员间的有效性流动,降低了整个闭环供应链的不确定性,为提高汽车行业整个供应链网络的利益均衡与长期稳定发展提供了科学的分析依据。
Based on the traditional reverse logistics network framework,a closed-loop supply chain supernetwork model of automobile industry was established which consisted of raw material suppliers,part suppliers,manufacturers,distributors,retailers and recyclers.And variation inequality formulation was used to describe independent behaviors of different decision-makers and interactive competitive behaviors among decision-makers so as to derive the equilibrium for each competitive member of supply chain and for the entire supply chain.Trade price and volume for different decision-makers in system were determined,effective logistic flow among supply chain members was promoted and uncertainty for the entire closed-loop supply chain was reduced.The scientific analysis was provided by proposed method to improve the benefit equilibrium and long-term stable development of entire closed-loop supply chain.
