中华礼法研究对于《尚书》学的依赖迄今未能导出宏观规范说,以致帝舜邦畿政治构造不清,礼法问题的结构价值因而不明。其根源是学界不曾自省《尚书》学方法欠妥。讨论揭示,此等欠缺导致两个链式问题:一是没有夯实虞史传《虞书》的语言可靠性基础,亦即尧舜时代语言哲学基础不明。二是此等欠缺催生宋明清学人的孔传《尚书》怀疑情结。讨论亦揭示,伯夷由于职分特点能够以近乎全知的叙事视角记述尧舜业绩,而其全知叙事视角的基础是舜帝设定的语言哲学,其核心是古文时态观。基于此重大发现,且在兼顾孔子理《书》视角的前提下,舜邦的政治构造得以揭示,从而为中华体系礼法研究打下了基础。

The reliance of the research of the traditional Chinese rites law on the study of the ＂Book of History＂ has not derived out the macro normalization theory up to now, thus resulting the state of Governor Shun and accordingly the unknown information in the unclear knowledge of the political structure of of the structural value of the rites law issue. This originates from the fact that the academic circles fail to intrdspect the inappropriate study method of the ＂Book of Histo- ry＂. The discussion reveals that such deficiency leads to two chain problems： one is the failure to tamp the foundation of the language reliability of the section Book of Yu passed on by the history of Yu. This means that the foundation of language philosophy in the period of the Governors Yao and Shun remains unclear. The other is that the failure hastens the complex of doubt of the scholars in the Dynasties Song, Ming, Qing, on the version of the ＂Book of History＂ by Kong Anguo in Han Dynasty. The discussion also discovers that due to his professional specific features, Bo Yi was in a position to document the cause of Yao and Shun from an omniscient descriptive visual angle, whose foundation is the language philosophy set up by Govemor Shun. The kernel of language philosophy is the outlook of the tense of ancient Chinese. As a result, based on this great discovery, and giving consideration to the prerequisites of the visual angle of Confucius from which to catalogue the ＂Book of History＂, we are able to figure out the political structure of the state of Shun, thereby laying a foundation for the study of the systematic rites law of China.
