新生儿骨髓炎一例 被引量：5

摘要 患儿男，因“生后呻吟15min”入院，胎龄29周因母妊娠期高血压剖宫产分娩，出生体重1000g。入院后无进行性呼吸困难，胸部X线示右肺透过度减低，诊断宫内感染性肺炎，予以抗感染、吸氧，
