摘要
随着城市的发展和社会的转型,欧美国家的部分居住区中出现了较严重的安全问题和社区衰败现象,通过规划设计改善社区的安全状况的犯罪预防性环境设计(CPTED)理论应运而生。以瑞典罗森歌德居住区改造项目为例,从社区形象、邻里监控、领域感和归属感等方面分析了环境改造对社区安全性提升所起的作用。
With urban development and social transformation, residential areas in some western countries are facing up to serious safety problems and community decay. In order to solve these problems through planning and designing, the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Theory is applied to practice. This article takes the reconstruction programme of Rosengard residential area in Sweden as an example to analyze the relationship between environmental improvement and community safety from the perspectives of community image, neighborhood surveillance, territoriality and sense of belonging.
