摘要
在大拆大建的城市化热潮中,历史街区的保护面临着许多新的问题,以往的保护经验已很难适应新时期的需求。针对再建与保护历史街区的双重需要,提出了具有创新性的整体保护、功能置换、多元与共生、回归街道的再生性保护策略。
In the urbanization boom of ＂ demolishing completely old buildings and constructing new ones＂, the historic districts in cities have been encountered by some new serious problems, and the past experiences hardly adapt to the new period needs of the historic districts protection. This article puts forward a new reproducible protection strategy including overall protection, functional replacement, diversity and symbiosis, back to streets, for the dual needs that protecting and rebuilding the historic districts in cities.
