Research Progress on Tissue Culture of Teak (Tectona grandis L.f.)

综述了国内外对柚木组织培养技术的研究现状,分别论述了不同外植体、基本培养基、激素及其他添加物对柚木离体快繁、愈伤诱导、增殖和分化、克服褐变的影响。

The internal and external research progress in Teak （ Tectona grandis L. f. ） tissue cuhure was summarized. The effects of different explants, culture mediums, hormones and other nutrition compositions on the propagation, inducement, multiplication and differentiation, overcoming browning were compared respectively.
