摘要
[目的]探讨叶组配方对主流烟气中巴豆醛释放量的影响。[方法]采用不同配方组分卷制卷烟,通过高效液相色谱检测其主流烟气中巴豆醛的含量。[结果]烟叶产地、烟叶部位和"三丝"掺兑比例对主流烟气中巴豆醛的释放量具有一定影响。国内烟叶巴豆醛的释放量平均值比国外烟叶高;中部烟叶巴豆醛的释放量较大;膨胀丝和薄片丝掺兑量与巴豆醛释放量有一定相关性。[结论]提高国外烟叶、上部烟叶、膨胀丝和薄片丝的使用量,可降低卷烟主流烟气中巴豆醛的释放量。
[Objective] To explore the effect of cigarette blend on crotonaldehyde emission of mainstream smoke.[Method] The crotonaldehyde in mainstream smoke of cigarettes which were prepared with different cigarette blend was detected through high performance liquid chromatography.[Result] Tobacco producing areas,leaf position and the contents of cut stem,reconstituted tobacco and expand tobacco had certain effect on the crotonaldehyde content.The average content of crotonaldehyde in China tobacco was a little higher than that in foreign tobacco,and the content of crotonaldehyde released in middle part of tobacco leaf was higher than that in upper part and lower part,the contents of reconstituted tobacco and expand tobacco were also related to crotonaldehyde.[Conclusion] The crotonaldehyde of cigarette mainstream smoke could be reduced through improving the amount of foreign tobacco,upper part of tobacco,reconstituted tobacco and expand tobacco.
