摘要 [目的]探讨多菌种发酵全价料产生乳酸的可行性。[方法]采用混合菌种联合厌氧发酵的方法,利用塑料薄膜袋对无抗全价饲料进行发酵处理。以乳酸产量为考察指标,以不加抗生素的断奶仔猪日粮为原料,研究发酵时间、温度、料水比、pH对全价饲料中产乳酸量的影响。[结果]最佳的混菌接种组合为:乳酸菌∶酵母菌∶枯草芽孢杆菌=3%∶2%∶1%。使用最佳的菌种组合发酵全价料的最佳工艺条件为:发酵时间3 d,发酵温度35℃,料水比1∶0.8,pH 6.5。[结论]该研究为断奶仔猪的生产实践提供参考。 [Objective] The research aimed to discuss the feasibility of producing lactic acid by fermenting complete feed with many kinds of bacteria.[Method] Using the method of mixed bacteria and anaerobic fermentation,complete feed without antibiotic was fermented with plastic film bags.Taking lactic acid yield as the research index,no-antibiotic diet of weaned piglets was taken as materials to study the effects of fermentation time,temperature,feed-water ratio and pH on the lactic acid yield of complete feed.[Result] The best mixed bacteria combination was lactobacillus∶microzyme∶Bacillus subtilis = 3%∶2%∶1%.The optimum technology conditions of fermenting complete feed with the best bacteria combination were as follows:fermentation time of 3 d,the fermentation temperature of 35 ℃,feed-water ratio of 1∶0.8,pH of 6.5.[Conclusion] The research provided references for the production practices of weaned piglets.
