摘要
[目的]查明土壤微生物与土壤氮素的关系及氮循环,为合理施肥、发展生态农业提供科学依据。[方法]采用灰色关联分析方法,对土壤脲酶活性、水解氮含量与生态因素的关系进行评价。[结果]土壤脲酶活性与水解氮含量具有明显的季节性变换。其中,土壤脲酶活性8月最高,9月最低;水解氮含量6月最低,其季节性变化呈现一个明显的低谷。[结论]弹尾类动物、稀有动物类群、放线菌和活性有机质是决定土壤脲酶活性和水解氮含量的关键因素。
[Objective] The relationship between soil microorganisms and soil nitrogen and the nitrogen cycle were studied to provide a scientific basis for reasonable fertilization and the development of ecological agriculture.[Method] The method of grey connected analysis was adopted to evaluate the relationship between soil urease activity,hydrolysis nitrogen and ecological factors.[Result] Soil urease activity and hydrolyzed nitrogen content had seasonal variation.The soil urease activity reached the highest in September and the lowest in August.Hydrolyzed nitrogen content reached a minimum value in June.Its seasonal changes presented a clear trough value.[Conclusion] Collembola animal,rare animal taxa,Actinomyces and active organic matter were key factors of soil urease activity and hydrolyzed nitrogen content.
