摘要
重庆北部新区是一个快速城市化的区域,面临快速城市化过程生态服务功能退化和建设宜居城市保障城市生态安全的矛盾。基于空间途径,构建生态安全格局,加强对保障区域生态安全具有重要意义的生态基础设施的保护,协调经济发展与生态环境保护的空间冲突,是实现快速城市化地区生态安全和可持续发展的基本保障和重要途径。利用RS和GIS技术,开展水文、地质灾害、生物保护、文化遗产和游憩过程的系统分析,判别对这些过程的安全与健康具有关键意义的景观格局,综合叠加单一过程的安全格局,构建具有不同安全水平的区域生态安全空间格局,并提出土地利用空间布局的优化调整策略,最终形成区域可持续发展格局,实现自然生态和经济社会的空间统筹。
During its rapid urbanization,North Chongqing New Zone is confronted with the conflicts between ecosystem function degeneration and ecological security protection.To construct the ecological security patterns based on space method,to enhance the protection of ecological infrastructure and to coordinate the spatial conflicts between economic development and eco-environmental protection are both important and fundamental to the ecological security and sustainable development in rapid urbanization areas.With the aid of RS and GIS technology,the hydrology,geological disasters,biological protection,cultural heritages and recreation process are systematically analyzed,the key landscape patterns are pointed out,these patterns are integrated into the comprehensive ecological security patterns with different security grades,the optimization and regulation strategies of land use patterns are presented,the sustainable development pattern is finally formed,which realizes the spatial coordination of natural ecology and social economy.
